The United Nations Office for the Co-ordination of Humanitarian Affairs site contains, amongst other things, directories of international relief organisations, contact points, registers of disaster resource stockpiles and much other data of value in disaster management planning and operations.

EPIX - Emergency Preparedness Information Exchange A Canadian civil site which contains much information and some 9 pages of links to other sites in North America and the world.

Emergency Management Agency (United States) the
US FEMA Disaster Management Site.
Emergency Management Australia - a very comprehensive site of the Australian Government's emergency management plans - again with many links to Australian and overseas sites.
The Homeland Emergency Logistics Preparedness Publication (HELPP). This site provides a major source of logistics data for the Disaster Response and Emergency Management Teams at the Federal, DOD, and State and local levels.
